Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibility

Account Registration

Each user is allowed only one active account on the 7200 platform. Registering multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all related accounts with fund freezes. During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, current, and complete information. Any false or inaccurate information provided at registration or later may lead to account termination without prior notice. 7200 reserves the right to verify users’ identities at any time through appropriate verification processes.

Password Security

You are fully responsible for keeping your login credentials, including username and password, confidential. 7200 will never ask for your password via email, text message, or phone call under any circumstances. Any activity under your account is considered your own unless you promptly report account compromise to us. You must notify customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account. The platform recommends using strong unique passwords not used elsewhere.

Prohibited Conduct

Users are prohibited from engaging in any fraudulent activities, system manipulation, or the use of unauthorized third-party software to gain unfair advantages on the platform. This includes but is not limited to: using automated bots, exploiting software bugs, bonus fraud, and collusion among multiple accounts to manipulate outcomes. Any attempts to hack, trespass, or disrupt platform operations are serious offenses that may result in legal action, account closure, and fund freezing.

Update Account Information

Users are responsible for ensuring that all personal information in their accounts is kept up to date and accurate. If there are changes to your name, address, phone number, or bank account details, you must update your profile or contact customer support immediately. Incorrect information, especially bank details, may cause delays in withdrawal processing. 7200 is not liable for losses caused by outdated account information.

Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 7200 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). The platform does not accept or process foreign currency payments directly. Accepted deposit methods include bank transfer via FPX, TNG e-Wallet, and standard bank transfers to designated accounts. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and may be adjusted from time to time at the platform’s discretion.

Funds deposited into 7200 accounts are for platform use only and may not be transferred to other users or used outside the platform. Withdrawals will be processed only to Malaysian bank accounts registered in the account holder’s name — withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. 7200 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing withdrawals exceeding certain limits.

If there are doubts about the validity of a deposit or withdrawal, 7200 reserves the right to withhold transaction processing pending investigation. 7200’s decision on any transaction dispute is final, subject to the prescribed internal appeals process.

Account Policy — Suspension and Closure

7200 reserves the right to suspend or close user accounts at any time for reasonable grounds including but not limited to: violation of these Terms & Conditions, suspected or confirmed fraud, failure to pass identity verification, prolonged inactivity, or requests from relevant authorities.

In cases where accounts are suspended pending investigation, access to funds may be temporarily halted until the inquiry is complete. If an account is terminated due to serious violations such as fraud or multiple account abuse, 7200 reserves the right to freeze all related balances. Users wishing to voluntarily close their accounts may contact customer support; eligible balance withdrawals will be processed following standard procedures.
